Florentin Bakery was carved out of warm memories of home by a small group of childhood friends who grew up together. Every morning of the week they would wake up to the scents in the air of fresh baked bread and traditional pastries out of their local neighborhood bakery. Florentin Bakery is a reflection of their memories, with the utmost respect to the savory flavors they enjoyed, the same flavors that tickle their tastebuds to this day, being far away from home.

Their greatest ambition was to pass on their memories through Florentin Bakery, letting others experience what they have, by presenting freshly baked goods, nutritious morning breakfasts, healthy juices, and homemade desserts, all of which are made from the best possible ingredients, sourced daily from local farmers, and other unique ingredients imported from other areas of the world.

Our brand has the highest level of kosher, which requires immaculate supervision over quality control and proceeders.
